Acceptable Use Policy

The following content and conduct are not permitted on Ratlok. Violations result in listing removal, account suspension, and where required, referral to law enforcement.

Prohibited content

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. We report to NCMEC.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery and deepfake sexual content of real people.
  • Sexual content depicting minors or making minors appear sexualised.
  • Imagery promoting terrorism or violent extremism.
  • Imagery designed to harass, threaten, or incite violence against an individual or group.
  • Trademarks, logos, copyrighted characters, or other third-party IP without rights to license.
  • Real persons depicted without a written release.
  • Content that violates applicable export controls or sanctions.

Prohibited conduct

  • Listing assets you do not own or are not licensed to sell.
  • Manipulating reviews, ratings, or search ranking.
  • Attempting to bypass the platform's moderation, watermarking, or download gating.
  • Using the Service to train AI models on the licensed images.
