Ratlok License (DRAFT — pending counsel review).

By purchasing this License, you (the "Licensee") receive a worldwide,
non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the licensed image in personal
AND commercial projects, including advertising, packaging, web/app design,
client work, and other revenue-generating contexts.

You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the file or any derivative as a
  stand-alone asset.
- Submit the image to any AI training corpus.
- Use the image to imply a real person's endorsement without their written
  release.
- Claim copyright in the image. Per Thaler v. Perlmutter (2025, D.C. Cir.),
  AI-generated images are not copyrightable; Ratlok grants a usage
  license, not copyright.

This is a non-exclusive license. The creator and Ratlok may sell the
same license to other buyers.

The license is granted by the creator to you. Ratlok operates as the
platform; Ratlok does not warrant the underlying image and does not
indemnify against third-party IP claims beyond its DMCA process.

This license takes effect on the date of purchase and continues unless
terminated for material breach.
