Personal License (DRAFT — pending counsel review).

By purchasing this Personal License, you (the "Licensee") receive a worldwide,
non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the licensed image for personal,
non-commercial purposes only.

You may NOT:
- Resell or sublicense the file or any derivative.
- Use the image as part of a commercial product, advertisement, or
  revenue-generating service.
- Submit the image to any AI training corpus.
- Claim copyright in the image. Per Thaler v. Perlmutter (2025, D.C. Cir.),
  AI-generated images are not copyrightable; Ratlok grants a usage
  license, not copyright.

The license is granted by the creator to you. Ratlok operates as the
platform; Ratlok does not warrant the underlying image and does not
indemnify against third-party IP claims beyond its DMCA process.

This license takes effect on the date of purchase and continues unless
terminated for material breach.

The exact text in effect at the time of your purchase is snapshotted on the license certificate accessible from your Orders dashboard.
